Basic Insurance
All vehicles come with the following insurance.
- Third party bodily injury/death per person：Unlimited.
- Third party property damage per occurrence：Up to 10 million yen (deductible: 50,000 yen).
Roadside Assistance Service
Available 24/7 service, 365 days.
Free towing service is available for up to 20 kilometers. If a toll road is used during towing, the toll fee and any towing distance beyond 20 kilometers will be charged to the customer.
Theft Compensation
Theft compensation covers up to 50% of the market value at the time of theft, for the vehicle damage costs that would otherwise be fully charged to the customer if the rental vehicle is stolen. The deductible is 50% of the market value.
